How to use

  1. To get the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants lost during alcohol consumption, place a patch on the inside of your wrist in a clean, dry area ideally 30 minutes before your first drink.
  2. Leave it on while you are still drinking alcohol and for a maximum of 12 hours. You can also use a new patch the next morning, its nutrients will help you finish the recovery.
