What payment methods do you use?
You can make your purchases by paying through Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can also make your payment at all Oxxo stores in the Republic.
Do you ship to all of Mexico?
Yes, we ship to the entire Mexican Republic.
How does membership work?
It is a program in which you can schedule your purchase monthly, choose your products, and that's it, you have your collagen month after month at the door of your house.
How can I invoice?
Enter this link , register the order # and the total amount of your order. Remember to do it in the current month. If you have problems with your billing, contact us by emailventas@theeverydaylab.com
How long will it take for my order to be confirmed?
Your order will be confirmed once payment has been posted in our system. This may take between 1 to 6 business days, depending on the payment method. Once the payment has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the products and the total amount of the order.
What do I do if my order arrived incomplete or one of the products is defective?
Please contact our customer service team within a maximum of 3 business days from the date the order was delivered to you and have your order number, details and images of the product on hand so that the situation can be reviewed.
Why does my order status show "payment pending", should I create a new order again?
Most payments are processed immediately, however, on occasion and depending on the payment method, it may take between 1-6 business days to register in our system. Once we register your payment, you will receive a confirmation via email with a summary of your order. If more than a week passes and you still do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at sales@theeverydaylab.com
After purchase confirmation, can I cancel my order?
Remember that once your order is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled and/or modified from your account on the page because it will already be processing. If necessary, contact us on the same day you made the purchase at ventas@theeverydaylab.com to be able to provide you with a solution.
How long do I have to invoice an order?
You must do so within the month you made the purchase. After this time, it will not be possible to do so.
How much does shipping cost?
By adding the products to your cart and proceeding with payment, you will be able to know the exact shipping cost. Keep in mind that in some promotions, products or campaigns you can get FREE shipping. *Shipping is made exclusively within the Mexican Republic.
My order has not arrived. What happens if the package does not arrive in the estimated time?
If your order is delayed, contact us atventas@theeverydaylab.com so we can follow up as soon as possible.
How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
- 3-5 business days for CDMX and metropolitan area
- 7 -10 days within the Mexican Republic and up to 15 business days in extended areas*.
*An extended area is an infrequent area on the usual parcel routes, a very remote or distant place, therefore, delivery times are higher.
Can I exchange a product?
You can request a return as long as the integrity of the product has not been altered. You have 3 business days from the delivery date to contact the Customer Service department and request the change; We will be in charge of processing the request and/or partial or full refund (depending on the case) or generating a new order to replace the related product(s).
Also remember that once the order has been created, it is not possible to cancel it.

Can you notify me when a product that is out of stock returns to the store?
We love our products and know how frustrating it is when one of them is out of stock.
