RETURN POLICY

You may request a return as long as the integrity of the product has not been altered. You have 15 business days from the delivery date to contact our Customer Service department and request an exchange; we will handle the request and/or process a partial or full refund (depending on the case) or generate a new order to replace the related product(s). Please note that once the order has been created, it cannot be canceled. The Ultimate Collagen Boost is not eligible for exchanges or returns.
